Bollywood actress Tara Sutaria has a diverse personality. While Year 2 is our first time seeing her on the big screen, her fan base has definitely grown since then. The actor studied in the UK to become a professional dancer but chose to live in Mumbai permanently. The actress lives in a large apartment in Bandera with her sister Pia Sutaria, parents Himanshu and Tina Sutaria, and their adorable beagle Bailey.
Here we bring you 5 highlights from the actress’ stunning Mumbai home with the prettiest corners.
1. A white living room that exudes purity and tranquility
White is the ideal base for any living room design, whether you want contemporary, cottage, beachy or boho. Tara Sutaria’s living room is dominated by white, with ivory walls and cream furniture. Also seen is a personalised mirror with a silver frame that matches the glass chandelier. The area appears spacious and fresh, thanks to the large windows on one side that let in lots of natural light.
2. An all-white walk-in closet you’ll love
Designing the ideal walk-in closet means saying yes to convenience and glitz. The actress’s mirrored wardrobe, finished with an elegant ivory frame, offers the most storage imaginable, and this utilitarian design offers a sleek, modern upgrade to even the most basic of interiors. Sutaria gets ready in front of a fancy vanity mirror, which is also part of the illuminated closet.
3. Dining room with dark wood trim
Depending on the design, stain, and wood type you choose, a wood table might suddenly transform a space into something that feels more refined and rustic or warm and inviting. This is what we saw at Tara Restaurant. In contrast to the surrounding ivory walls, Sutaria’s dark wood dining table and chairs stand out. Additionally, silver-framed artwork and cream-colored marble floors lend a calming vibe to the space.
4. A balcony as an actress’ personal haven
A large balcony, where she works out to stay in shape and fit, is another striking feature of this home. Tara Sutaria practices yoga and other forms of fitness on the large balcony. Tara’s balcony features wood floors, white and blue ceramic planters and breathtaking views of Mumbai’s skyline. There is also a small Buddha statue there, adding to the Zen aesthetic of the area.
5. Distinctive fashion corners
This charming area, including a mirrored console, has to be one of the nicest corners of Tara Sutaria’s home. It is elegantly decorated with a decanter, a candle holder and other objects in a beautiful frame. This area is picture-perfect, with taste and subtle detail. A glossy leaf illustration hangs on it.
Sutaria’s home is a lovely fusion of grandeur and we hope you were inspired by its modern design and classic touch.
