Everton have signed the final year of a three-year contract with Danish sportswear company Hummel. The jerseys of the past two years have mostly been popular, and now gambling company Stake has joined as a new jersey sponsor, today we take a look at what the new jerseys will look like for the upcoming 2022-23 season.
Yesterday, both clubs and kit makers teased an image of Prince Rupert’s Tower, which appears to be the backdrop for the new home kit.
Well, here is Bruce.
The inspiration for the new home kit came from all over the world, and many Evertonians were involved in the process.
The home jersey features a heat-embossed tower pattern that is repeated throughout the jersey, contrasting with the white glitter on the sides, and finished with a white crew neck.
The traditional four Hummel chevrons under the arms are reduced to two for the first time, bringing into focus the contrast between the embroidered pattern and the white side and neck details.
The embossed pattern and white flash work together to create a striking visual effect that is further enhanced when viewed under the floodlights of Goodison Park – a nod to The Grand Old Lady’s famous nighttime gaming vibe celebrate.
The back neck features the famous Prince Rupert Tower, an important part of the Everton brand.
Speaking of design, Richard Kenyon, Director of Communications, Revenue and International Growth, said:
“I’m sure Evertonians everywhere will love this year’s home kit, which combines the heritage and modernity of our brand.
“We’ve used the updated tower icon more widely across the club over the past few months, so it’s great to see it form part of our latest home kit graphic.
“This is another strong kit, courtesy of our technical partner Hummel, we thank them for their hard work in creating it and look forward to presenting our away and third kits with them later this summer .”
Women’s suits and men’s suits were released again this year.
Hummel also did some good work on the goalkeeper kit, with the emerald green and black design “inspired by the Toffees moniker and the tradition of Everton’s sweets”.
Goalkeeper kits will also be available with short sleeves.
The kit is now available from evertondirect.com and Everton stores one and two.
You can also order the new men’s home jersey, women’s jersey and the new goalkeeper jersey at Fanatic Everton Online Store here. *
Unlike previous years, where at least one of the three kits for next year will be released before the end of the season, Everton’s fight for survival means no kits will be released until the club has qualified for the 2022-23 Premier League season. .
