Pender Harbor Women’s Connection welcomes Erin Hirst from Ground Waves West, Tuesday November 8th. With Christmas just around the corner, Erin will be sharing great gift and decorating ideas to kick off your festive season. Doors open at 9:30 am. at the School of Music. Remembrance Day parade marches off at 10:30am. Service at 11am followed by refreshments in the Legion. All welcome. Buy your poppy and wear it with pride. Donations to the Poppy Campaign benefit our community. In 2022, two scholarships were awarded to PHSS graduates.

FLAIR on the Coast will hold their next meeting Saturday, November 12, 10:00 am to 12:00 pm at the Rockwood Center in Sechelt. BC Cancer’s Fiona Mitchell, Radiation Therapy Provincial Practice and Academic Leader, will be their speaker. They welcome those in the Pender Harbour/Egmont area who are undergoing cancer treatment, are going through it or are a carer to join them.
